Bank transfer payment in full, including the package deal, is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
If you are unable to make an appointment please get in touch at least 48 hours in advance. A Cancellation Fee of 50% is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours of the original appointment as the slot would have been secured and no longer available for someone else to book.
Travel
Areas further than 10 miles from Bath will require a small Travel Fee of £2 per extra mile. (This is calculated based on Google maps). Any parking fees must be covered as well for the duration of the session.
Evenings & Weekends
Due to demand, appointments outside standard weekday hours include a small surcharge:

Initial Consultation: £85 (1-1.5 hours, includes an assessment of behaviour and a detailed written report with details of the session along with step by step training programs and exercises.)
Follow-up sessions: £70 per hour

Puppy Training Program
First visit: £75 (1.5 hours, including the Puppy Survival Booklet)
Any following visits: £65 per hour

Premium Deal (save £56): £299 - 4x home visits; 1x Puppy Pack booklet. 1x 1 hour online video session & 2x 30 minute follow-up phone calls

First visit: £75 (1.5 hours)

Reactive Dog Reset Program
4-Session Program: £295
A structured program for dogs that bark, lunge, or struggle around other dogs.
Includes:
- Foundation work at home
- Real-world training
- Controlled dog exposure
- Real-world proofing
Designed to create calm, controlled behaviour in real environments
Single Follow-up Sessions: £75 per hour
Puppy Classes
5-Week Course: £120
A structured introduction to training, designed to build strong foundations from the start.
Focus includes:
- Marker training and communication
- Name recognition and recall foundations
- Loose lead walking basics
- Focus and impulse control
- Handling and confidence building
Ideal for setting your puppy up correctly from the beginning

Foundation Dog Classes
5-Week Course: £140
Designed for adolescent and adult dogs who need more structure and control.
Focus includes:
- Loose lead walking and engagement outdoors
- Recall and responsiveness under distraction
- Stay, boundaries, and impulse control
- Real-world handling and control
