Areas further than 10 miles from Bath will require a small Travel Fee of £2 per extra mile. (This is calculated based on Google maps). Any parking fees must be covered as well for the duration of the session.
If you are unable to make an appointment please get in touch at least 48 hours in advance. A Cancellation Fee of 50% is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours of the original appointment as the slot would have been secured and no longer available for someone else to book. Evening (if the appointment runs until after 6pm) and Weekend/Bank holiday sessions are bookable with a £28 extra charge. Cash payment in full, including the package deal, or bank transfer is required at the time of the appointment. If you are unable to make an appointment please get in touch at least 24 hours in advance. |
